About
Built in the Siete Palmas district, the Estadio Gran Canaria opened its doors on 8 May 2003 with a 2-1 win for UD Las Palmas over Anderlecht. The club played its first official match there four months later, against Leganés. With a capacity of 32,400, the ground lost its athletics track during the 2015-2016 season.
Inside, the guided tour takes in the press room, the mixed zone, the presidential box, the UD Las Palmas dressing room, the tunnel and the edge of the pitch. A virtual reality sequence created by Bstadium recreates the atmosphere of a matchday.
