On 14 September 1941, CD Málaga officially opened La Rosaleda with a 3-2 win over Sevilla FC. The 30,044-seat ground is today home to Málaga CF. It notably hosted matches at the 1982 World Cup. The gates of the stadium also bear the names of club figures, among them gate 0 Antonio Benítez.

Available in Spanish or English, the tour lasts from 45 minutes to an hour. It takes in the museum, the players' tunnel, the VIP area and its panoramic viewpoint, the stands, the directors' box, the press room, the mixed zone, the dressing room and the pitch.

Tours run from Monday to Saturday, except on match days and public holidays.

Did you know?

La Rosaleda hosted the France national team in 2008, for a friendly against Spain that La Roja won 1-0. On the pitch that evening: Henry, Anelka, Vieira, plus Benzema and Thuram.
